My daughter said that her father was under the kitchen floor, and what the police found stunned us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Six months ago, my husband passed away, and my daughter, who is only four years old, had a hard time understanding that her father would never come back. She was extremely attached to him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One day, she said in a serious tone, \u201cMom, you know, dad is under the kitchen floor.\u201d At the time, I tried to explain to her that her father had gone far away and would never come back. She looked at me a little disappointed but didn\u2019t say anything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This continued. From time to time, she would repeat that her father was under the floor, and that we needed to help him get out. I thought it was just her imagination, a way for her to cope with her grief, but the more days passed, the more convinced she seemed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The police thoroughly searched every corner of the garage, inspecting shelves, old crates, and stored tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
